Smiling and attentive servers, which is very pleasant! We ate very well and had a great evening with a little concert! Top! We'll be back 😊
This is not the first, but the last time I come to this establishment, because we were very disappointed. We live in Six Fours and we arrived around 6:20 p.m. to have an aperitif. Among the drinks we ordered, there was a Ricard which was served in a glass mixed with water, whereas usually, Ricard is always served with a small carafe of water, and everyone dilutes it according to their personal taste (the person who was serving even added that it was the first time she had seen this, in a bar🫣) Then, one of us asked if he could ask a question and the person who was serving us, replied that we had to hurry to ask this question: she specified that she was in a hurry, because she had to go eat…🤯In fact, we just wanted to know if we could have something to nibble on with our drinks. The answer was that there was a vending machine inside and that you had to pay two euros for peanuts…. A response immediately justified since the person who served us told us that our drinks were the cheapest on the street🫣It was 6:35 p.m.… While we were drinking our drinks, a member of staff was finalizing the setting up of the tables around us for dinner. At 6:50 p.m., the manager came to move tables outside for a reservation and told us that the “bar” service was over and made us understand that we had to leave…. There was still no one to seat for dinner, nor even anyone waiting…..it is unacceptable to treat customers this way…. Never seen anything like it…. Shameful!!!!!!!
We really should remove the fisherman's pot from the menu out of respect for the customer. Defrosted water is offered, it's a disgrace.

A hotel we'd like to find more often. Few rooms, modern decor, very clean, very well located, very quiet, parking included, breakfast included. We'll be back with pleasure!
Very well located. A perfect room for my taste at a very attractive price. As for the restaurant, it has a great atmosphere, excellent food, and a staff that is completely attentive to the customer. My future base if I return to Six Fours.
You arrive at 6:55 p.m. and wait 15 minutes to be served, only to hear "no more service." It's better for them to stay at home or go unemployed.

Furthermore, we were served by a clearly unpleasant server. We stayed barely 5 minutes, and when it came time to pay, this same server asked us in an unfriendly tone if we were in a hurry. We dared to ask him the same question, and his response was that he had to manage three terraces. (There were only about twenty people there, so nothing unusual.)
My partner works the same job in the Île-de-France region, and despite often busier conditions, he never adopts this type of attitude with his customers. This experience was therefore disappointing and unprofessional for an establishment that claims to be welcoming.
Sir, change your career; you're doing the establishment a disservice.

It perfectly illustrates the professionalism and hospitality we unfortunately experienced during our visit. Rather than taking your customers' feedback into account, you opted for irony and contempt: a surprising choice for an establishment that claims to welcome the public.
If, as you claim, your clientele is "80% local," then good for you. But it's a shame to see that at the slightest negative review, you prefer to blame your visitors rather than question yourself.
For the record, we were on vacation, stress-free, simply here to relax...
Nevertheless, I hope you find the recipe for kindness: it's almost as lacking as the pastries that morning.
